This release update
included fixes to a number of issues identified with the system along with some
changes to existing features to improve the processing and integrity of data
held on projects.
The following changes
were applied in this release. Items shown with a #nnn refer to the original
support ticket raised.
WSMS-I46 #350 Remove ability to add new
certification periods until the last certification Completed on 27-11-2020
Previously you could add new certifications while the latest was still
Pending. This is no longer possible and adding a Certification will only be
permitted if the latest is at least Submitted
WSMS-I44 #364 In Certify Cost Claims side panel, Certified Claim Value field not updating Completed on 27-11-2020
There was a problem where you would enter a Certified value for the claim
and upon saving the side panel would refresh showing the previous value instead
of the value just entered. The correct data was stored but the error in what
was presented has now been rectified
WSMS-I45 #362 Work Progress Assessment Completed
on 27-11-2020
An issue with processing and completing the WPA on certain projects was due
to incorrectly managing Cashflow balances for Cost Groups other than Contract
Costs if the Practical Completion Date was extended. This has now been rectified
WSMS-I43 Project List export is missing data
columns Completed on 27-11-2020
The export to Excel option was missing some of the columns. This export now
lists all data per what is seen on the screen.
WSMS-I42 #359 Unable to Deactivate projects with
open certifications Completed on 27-11-2020
Users with the appropriate permissions are now able to de-activate projects
without needing to ensure all certifications have at least been submitted.
WSMS-I41 #358 Summary Budgets can be incorrectly
set for Cert #0 Completed on 27-11-2020
We identified a bug where when setting up a new project with your first
certification users could post cost items to a summary item and then go back
into the project and reset the Summary Item balance to a value less than the
sum of cost items. The system will now check to ensure this is not permitted.
WSMS-I40 #355 Deleting a Certification that has
associated Certified Cost Claim records causes System Error Completed
on 27-11-2020
An oversight in the code allowed certification periods to be deleted leaving
any details of certified costs as “orphaned” records. The system will now issue
a warning in this situation and have the user confirm that they wish to
continue deleting the certification period and all related data.
#337 Email notifications not being received when certification is submitted Completed 27-11-2020
This problem has now been rectified as part of revising the overall
email notifications sent out when a certification is submitted as well as
notice of forthcoming and missed reporting updates to the certifications
