Extended functionality

• Deploy CR [D0113-5] Key Document Linked to Milestone 
  WebCert now provides the ability to set up documents held in the Project Document Registry linked to one or more project milestones as well as the ability to set a reminder task against the document for follow up by another WebCert User. The report ‘Incomplete Document Registry’ has also been updated to reflect this additional information in the report selection and details reported.
  
  
• #539 List historical certifications in descending order (latest to oldest) 
  To assist users with particularly longer duration projects, the historical certifications list will, by default, list the periods in reverse order with the latest at the top of the list. Users can now also sort this list on any of the columns shown.
  
  
• #562 Unable to access project details 
  It was identified that if a user assigned to any project as Project or Programme Director was deleted then other users were unable to view the project details. This has now been alleviated by now checking that on deleting any user, WebCert will check the system to identify if this user has been set in either of these roles (in the project or programme details not as user roles in Admin), then that user cannot be deleted.

Issues Resolved

• #597 Deleting last certification produced error "Could not find Grant Funding" 
  A bug that would not permit deletion of the last certification period if that period was created from uploaded cost details where the project had been setup with Grant Funding details has been corrected
  
  
• #588 Upload of excel certification fails on "The number of rows do not match to that of the template" error 
  The import and upload of certifications has now been updated to improve the process as well as correcting some minor bugs encountered in system testing.
  
  
• #587 Project Details report is not sorting cost details into correct grouping for Budget Summaries and Cost Details 
  A bug resulting from other updates has now been corrected so this report correctly reports on project cost data.
  
  
• #582 Screen print of Programme Performance Assessment shows incorrect details in header 
  This bug has been corrected
  
  
• #580 Report - Reporting period by Status does not work if you select particular periods.
  The ability to select a single or select periods now works correctly
  
  
• #578 WPA performance measure 'To Date Actual Costs' incorrectly shown 
  The value previously shown was for the current period rather than the to-date value. This has now been corrected.
  
  
• #577 Print screen to printer is showing scrolling results 
  A couple of the screens when printed using the WebCert Print icon to print results directly to the printer were showing scrolled results. This has now been corrected.
  
  
• #576 Cashflow balances are not refreshing after changing Initial Budget balances in project details screen 
  The system has been updated in a number of screens so as to refresh data as you went to certain other screens. All screens now correctly show the latest results.
  
  
• #575 Error in period sequencing if Practical Start milestone is adjusted backwards 
  A problem encountered during system testing identified an issue if a new project had the date for Practical Start milestone changed to a previous month. The issue has now been corrected.
  
  
• #572 KPI Dial incorrectly labelled in WPA screen

• #570 Refreshing Budget Summary and Cost Details following certification uploads 
  Screen is now refreshed immediately to show current results.

  WebCert logo now shows on the browser tab to help users identify browser screens
  
  
• #563 Changes to Forecast Cost on non-provisional variations uploaded from excel are not reflected in Contingency 
  A problem with the import and upload of cost details for variations incorrectly updating the Contingency balance has been corrected.
  
  
• #558 Project Cashflow screen for whole of project not showing refreshed values 
  Again, after changes in the project cashflow data, we now ensure that all screens are correctly refreshed to reflect the current data values
  
  
• #566 Project Details report export to excel is not including the project header 
  We have updated this report as exported to Excel to include the project details for each project. Previously these had been left off the data exported.
  
  
• #561 Changes in layout for Consultant Report - Project Cost Report 
  The Project Cost Report layout has now been updated to provide a more readable document for Consultant licence users.
